when Cabinet Ministers and a Member of Parliament came on the state to
sing.
When Second Finance Minister cum Minister
of Urban Development and Tourism Dato' Sri Wong Soon Koh and Social Development
and Urbanisation Minister Datuk William Mawan Ak Ikom together with Member
of Parliament for Bintulu took their turn to render a number, little did
they realise they could raise RM 94,450.00.
The amount was topped up to RM 100,000
when President of Federation of Registered Chinese Association Bintulu,
Pau Chiong Ung took the microphone.
The event took place during the joint installation
ceremony of the committee members of FRCA, Bintulu and its youth wing,
women section and veteran section. |
