| Bintulu: The Member of Parliament
here, Dato' Seri Tiong King Sing has delivered special Teacher's Day gifts
to the 1,340 teachers and officers of the Education Department serving
in this division.
On hand to present the gifts was his special
assistant, Teo Ho Ping, while Bintulu Education Officer Serina Sauni received
the gifts on behalf of the teachers and officers.
At occasion, Teo said the contributions
were Tiong's annual commitment in recognition of the service and sacrifices
of the teachers and officers towards the betterment of education here.
Serina, meanwhile, expressed her appreciation
of the MP's gesture and commitments that he had shown as a representative
of the people, especially in pursuit of education improvement in this area. |
